What we build/01

Three layers, and we are responsible for all of them.

Most of this market is assembled: a record from one vendor, automation from a second, and an AI layer from a third that has to be told what a purchase order is. We build the record and the intelligence on the same schema, so the agent is not guessing at your data — it is reading it.

RECThe recordFinance, supply chain, people, and projects on one ledger. Every document type addressable over the same API, with the same permissions the interface applies.

FLWThe processApprovals, routing, and escalation enforced on that ledger rather than in somebody's inbox — so the process is a property of the record, not of who is on shift.

AGTThe intelligenceAgents that hold a role rather than a prompt: a scope, a ceiling, and an escalation path. They propose, act within limits, and never approve their own work.

These are not values. They are constraints we have already published elsewhere on this site, which means they are checkable — and they are the reason a few deals go to somebody else.

Built on an open foundationThe core is open source and the schema is documented. If we became difficult to work with, the record would still be yours and still be readable.

An exit you can takeBulk export of anything you can see, in a format that loads somewhere else. We publish this before you sign rather than after you ask.

The wave plan is on the pageWhich modules go live in which wave is published on every programme page, because that is the part you are really being asked to agree to.

We do not price per agentCharging per agent would make us argue for more agents. Seats and capacity are priced instead, because that is what actually costs us money.

Limits before capabilityEvery use-case page states what the agent is not allowed to do before it states what it does. That order is deliberate and it is not going to change.

Your data stays where you put itCloud, private cloud, or your own metal — chosen per deployment, not per sales cycle. The sub-processor list is public.

The verifiable part/03

The things a company page usually invents.

Headcount, funding, customer counts, and founding dates are the four figures every company page carries and the four nobody checks. Ours go up when they are signed off — not before. Until then, this is what is verifiable.

What we sell: One platform, licensed by seat and capacity, plus the programme that puts it into production.
Who buys it: Operations, finance, and IT leadership in businesses running real inventory, real crews, or real projects.
How we deliver: Wave-based programmes with a first go-live inside the first month and a rollback point at every wave.
Where it runs: Our cloud, your private cloud, or your own hardware — same build, same API, same exit.
What it is built on: An open-source ERP core, extended rather than forked, with our changes contributed upstream where they are general.
How we are funded: To be published. It will say the actual structure, not a stage name.
